Now EastEnders fans reckon they’ve figured out who’s getting sent down for Keanu’s murder.

The latest buzz suggests that a shock exit is on the cards for Walford, with many believing that Linda might end up behind bars for the killing.

The speculation is running wild among viewers eager to see how this storyline will unfold.

On soap forum Walfordweb, a fan posed the question: “Who will go to prison for Keanu’s murder?”

Working out the explosive ending, a fan wrote: “The idea of the Six even originated in a pact to protect Linda from Dean during the flashforward episode.

Looking back, I think that was foreshadowing of the Six protecting Linda from a murder charge rather than from Dean, as Dean has been very peripheral to the the Six so far, and his story focus has instead been on Jade.”

I do think that Dean is going to get his comeuppance and is going to go to prison, but I think it will be due to something he has actually done – at the moment, I think he is going to hurt Jade to prevent her going to Pakistan with Shabnam.”

Another chimed in: “Agreed, the only one i can see maybe leaving is Suki, or possibly Linda, the rest i think are there for life.”

A third added: “It’s either got to be Linda (maybe Suki at a push, seeing as two of her sons went to prison) or it’s no one, somehow they all get off.”

A fourth penned: “Nish at first…. but I think eventually, at least Linda will go to prison. I don’t believe it’d be her exit storyline, moreso a temporary prison stint like Mick in 2018.”

A fifth wrote: “I get the ominous feeling that Denise may well be arrested, charged and put on remand for the killing then Linda confesses.”

Elsewhere, Spoiler alert: Fans are growing increasingly convinced that another character is due to make their own exit in an upcoming trip to the Square.

EastEnders star Danny Dyer has been pictured in a violent brawl as he continues to film new project Marching Powder.

The actor, who portrayed Mick Carter in the BBC One soap, was pictured on location shooting scenes for the project, which reunites him with Football Factory director Nick Love, attacking a co-star while in character.

The police are involved the brawl, with the former soap star pictured being pinned to the ground by the authorities as part of the filming.

Marching Powder is considered a follow-up to Football Factory, with Danny, 46, revealing previously that the project will feature ‘more crime, drugs and serious ultra-violence’ than its predecessor.

‘I’m going back to work with The Football Factory director Nick Love and I cannot f*****g wait,’ exclaimed the Human Traffic star in an Instagram post, shared to his socials in December.

‘We’re gonna be bang on the marching powder, that’s the name of the film by the way.’

Mick vanished at sea over the Christmas period in 2022 when trying to rescue his one true love Linda (Kellie Bright) from the treacherous waves after a pregnant Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) drove them into the water.

Mick, under Linda’s instruction, saved Janine and their unborn child first before returning to the ocean to retrieve his L, unaware of the fact that she had safely made it to shore.

I don’t know about you but I’m still not over it.

Fans have longed for Danny to return, with the Hollyoaks Later actor even teasing a comeback himself on social media last month after he responded to co-star Kellie’s post, which saw her sporting an ‘I Killed Keanu’ T-shirt following the Christmas EastEnders reveal that Linda did, in fact, murder Keanu.

In a new campaign addressed to Steve Barclay, DEFRA Secretary of State, the Mick Carter actor, 46, is seen on a war poster with the caption reading: ‘Your Pie’n’Mash needs YOU.’

Campaign creator Andy Green wrote: ‘It’s time we stood up and talked with pride about our traditional food – and there’s nothing more Cockney than Pie’n’Mash.

‘Whether you have a connection with the culture of ‘non-posh Londoners’ (either first generation, or through your parents, grandparents, and beyond), or just support the need to maintain traditions and local cultures, or just love some proper grub, this is the first step for the UK to celebrate a unique part of our history.’

The statement continued: ‘Pie’n’Mash has a long history but it ain’t a thing of the past. – this Protected Status – giving it the equal footing it deserves with other foods like Cornish Pasties or Bramley apple pies – would be a great way to show its continued importance to Cockneys, new and old, to the UK as whole, and boost its global recognition.’

Danny has previously expressed his love for the beloved dish so a photo of him was definitely the right choice.

Over the years, Mick learnt that his sister Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) was actually his mother, married the love of his life Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), subsequently got divorced and then married Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks).

Among his family drama, Mick also had to deal with Linda’s alcoholism, as well as coming to terms with the fact that he had been abused as a child before speaking up in court against abuser Katy Harris.

Danny’s new role is worlds away from pub landlord Mick, as he makes his TV comedy debut in the Sky Original series Mr Bigstuff, playing the role of Lee.

Mr Bigstuff is a relatable comedy created by Ryan Sampson, who also stars as Lee’s brother Gle
