A mysterious visitor is set to arrive in the Queen Vic in upcoming EastEnders scenes with a huge bombshell set to explode.

Viewers will recognise the visitor as the woman George Knight (Colin Salmon) spotted in court during Tuesday’s (March 12) episode.

When she ran away before George could get the chance to speak to her, he was left believing that she may be his biological mother.

George has been determined to track down his biological family ever since he discovered that his father, Henry Kofi Asare, had been murdered by his adopted father Eddie Knight (Christopher Fairbank).

Unfortunately, George’s DNA test revealed no matches, meaning that he still has no idea who his real family are.

In recent scenes, Eddie tried to trick George into standing as his character witness by telling him that he had information on his biological mother that he would only hand over if George backed him in court.

However, when the time came, George told the truth about Eddie’s racism, and Eddie later revealed that he had been lying about having information about his mum.

In upcoming scenes, Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) is left concerned about George following the trial, and she soon teams up with Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) in an attempt to calm him down for the sake of daughters Gina and Anna (Francesca Henry and Molly Rainford).

Soon, everything changes as the woman from court arrives at the Queen Vic.George is shocked, but will he get the answers he is looking for?

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders has revealed more about the mysterious woman from George Knight’s court hearing.

First-look photos reveal that the woman George spotted with the prosecution in his father Eddie’s racially-aggravated murder case will turn up at the Vic in Wednesday’s (March 13) episode.

George has become convinced that this woman may be his mother, but he thought he’d missed his chance to meet her when she fled the courtroom.

Tuesday’s (March 12) visit to Walford was an emotional one for George, as he weighed an ultimatum given by his adoptive father Eddie Knight.

Eddie had claimed he had information about George’s birth mother, but would only hand it over if his son was a character witness for him in court.

After some advice from Johnny and Linda Carter, George arrived at the courtroom intent on revealing the truth about Eddie in front of a judge.

The Knights were all distracted by the appearance of a mysterious woman in court — the same woman who appears in the preview photos for Wednesday’s episode.

Nevertheless, George pressed on with his statement on the witness stand, telling the judge about the ways his father had been abusive throughout his life.

Following the hearing, George noticed this mysterious woman sitting with the prosecution, but she rushed off before he ever got a chance to speak with her.

George becomes convinced that this mysterious woman must be his birth mother, but will his suspicions be confirmed in the next episode?

Earlier this week, cast member Colin Salmon hinted at an emotional aftermath for George following his father Eddie’s trial.

“George is a boxer, and he’s been trained to be self-sufficient, so he’s trying to deal with everything in his own head,” the actor said.

“He’s becoming isolated and self-contained, and it’s very hard for George to ask for help. It’s all becoming too much for him, but he knows where to go to let the pressure off – the boxing ring.”

EastEnders viewers think they know the identity of the unknown woman who appeared in court with George Knight on Tuesday.

George faced turmoil as he hoped to finally find out who his biological mother was, after a recent bombshell about his adoption as a child. In a horrifying turn of events, George found out his biological father had been murdered decades ago by his adoptive father Eddie Knight.

After George recently learned more about his adoption and his identity, he was told his real parents had paid Eddie and Gloria to take him in. Gloria claimed the money soon stopped and George’s father never returned for him.

The truth was that she’d told Eddie to stop Henry Kofi Asare from taking his son George home, resulting in Eddie murdering him and hiding his body. Years on, Eddie was in court after being accused over the death.

Eddie blackmailed George who now knew the truth, telling him he needed to give a personal statement to defend him in exchange for information on his biological mother. George battled with his thoughts over the blackmail, and soon turned on Eddie as he told the court who he really was.

But during his message to the jury, George noticed a mystery woman who appeared upset by the case and what George was saying. The lady got up and ran out of the courtroom visibly emotional, with viewers seeing George watch her with curiosity as she fled.

Towards the end of the episode, Eddie confronted George who demanded the information about his mum. Eddie then c Eddie confronted George who demanded the information about his mum. Eddie then claimed he’d lied to get him into court, and there was no information to begin with.

Taking to X after the scenes aired, fans questioned whether they had worked out the identity of the woman George had seen, with it seeming that she knew his father Henry, given her reaction to George’s comments about his real mother and father. While some questioned if she was his biological mother, other viewers wondered if she might be his secret sister.

One fan posted: “George’s mother?? No way she’s that old! More like sister.” Another said: “I wonder if that woman is George’s biological mother?” as a third posted: “That woman is definitely George’s mother.”

Another theory read: “I hope that woman in the Court is George’s mum.” It comes as George himself believed the woman was his mother, telling partner Elaine: “My mum was in court today, I’m sure of it. I didn’t get a chance to meet her.”
