EastEnders spoilers: Eve’s surprising reaction as Suki takes a big step

Suki and Eve in EastEnders

Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is to make a bold move in EastEnders next week when she invites girlfriend Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) to move in with her.

Viewers of the BBC soap have been rooting for the couple since they got together, and they finally moved in together (albeit in a slightly less than conventional home) last month.

Suki was forced to move in with Eve at the Slater residence when her husband Nish (Navan Chowdhry) woke up from a coma after being knocked out with a champagne bottle by Denise Fox (Diane Parish) on Christmas Day.

Tensions ran high at first, as a whopping thirteen people crammed into the four bedroom terraced house, but things were made easier when Kat (Jessie Wallace) and her boys moved out.

However, after an explosive argument with Stacey (Lacey Turner) when Nish reported her for the events at Christmas, Suki was evicted and left with nowhere to stay.

Heading to No. 41 to battle it out with him once and for all, Nish lashed out at her but the altercation was witnessed by their son Vinny (Shiv Jolata) who signed his half of their business assets over to her and also sign the lease of the house in her name.

Nish finally got his just deserts as he was thrown out by the family.

In upcoming scenes, Vinny will plead for Suki to make amends with Eve, who is still angry that she’s left the Slater household.

Eve is left conflicted when she receives an invitation to move in with the Panesar’s, but Penny Branning (Kitty Castledine) warns her against it.

What will Eve decide, and will she and Suki get their happy ever after?

EastEnders‘ Stacey Slater will be caught out by Jack Branning next week, when she pays Denise Fox a secret visit.

Denise was sectioned last month, after experiencing psychosis in the wake of Keanu’s Christmas Day murder and coverup.

Denise’s breakdown gave Stacey and Jack a wakeup call in regards to the affair they were having behind her back, and they decided to part ways.

Despite this, they will be thrown together again next week as Lily and Ricky celebrate Mother’s Day at Walford East.

Amy and Ricky beg Jack to let them see Denise, and he promises to speak to Chelsea to try to make it happen.

With Denise still refusing to see anyone, Johnny Carter insists that Stacey needs to get to her before Jack or the kids do in order to protect their secret.

Johnny piles on the pressure for Stacey, who eventually manages to convince Denise to let her visit.

At the hospital, Denise tells Stacey she’s no longer seeing visions of Keanu, but intends to stay in hospital until she is fully recovered.

Stacey tries to convince Denise that she should be back with her family, just as Jack walks in and demands to know why Stacey is there.

Stacey is then forced to think on her feet to give Jack a convincing cover story as to why she’s with Denise.

Jack is left even more hurt and confused when Denise turns him away.

During a talk with Dr Abe afterwards, Denise explains that she feels safe in the hospital and wants to stay there for the time being.

Back at home. Jack becomes increasingly rattled by Stacey and Denise’s closeness and starts to do some digging. What will he find?v

A few days later, Bianca invites Britney and Taylor indoors after finding the pair locked outside of their flat. Furious about the lack of care, Whitney heads to Keeley’s, searching for an explanation.

Back in the present day, Zack and Bianca attempt to convince Whit to return home but she remains incredibly focused on looking after Britney.

After witnessing another confrontation between Whitney and her mum, Britney dashes off.

Whitney follows but when the young girl accidentally steps out in front of a speeding car, Whitney shoves her out of the way, getting hit in the process.

Zack, Bianca and Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) rush to Whitney’s aid and is later sent to hospital.

There, Whitney heads for an ultrasound and after, Bianca, Sonia and Zack receive the news Whitney and her baby are fine.

But as Whitney returns to Milton Keynes once more, she’s given news about Britney’s parents getting arrested.

‘Britney’s got no one to look after her now, so Whitney thinks “it must be me, I’ll look after her”‘, Shona McGarty told us.

‘Zack calls the social services and Whitney asks the social workers to let her look after Britney temporarily as she is a foster carer.’

Sadly, as Zack clashes with Whitney o‘Obviously Zack was fostered so he has an understanding, but he’s just so concerned about this baby that he goes back to the Square without Whitney and Whitney makes Britney her main priority instead of Zack which is quite sad.’
