Tune in to witness the explosive drama unfold.nt EastEnders scenes have seen Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) take sickening action against daughter Jade Masood (Elizabeth Green) in EastEnders to stop her from moving to Pakistan with mum Shabnam (Rakhee Thakrar).

Jade recently announced that Shabnam was moving to Pakistan to be closer to Zainab Masood, and informed Dean that she was planning to move with her.

Dean is famously disliked among the Albert Square residents, and without Jade he would be totally alone, so he was obviously hurt by the decision.

After a trip to the doctor confirmed that Jade had a chest infection, Jade revealed that she wouldn’t go to Pakistan until she had recovered.

In a shocking turn of events, Dean tampered with her antibiotics to ensure that she won’t get any better, meaning that she will stay with him for longer.

Dean’s plan could put Jade in serious danger, and we can only imagine how Shabnam would react if she found out what was going on.

Jade has previously mentioned how she moved in with Dean to escape Shabnam’s overprotective nature, which proves she is willing to go out of her way to protect her daughter.

Could she bet set to return to the Square if Dean’s actions are ever exposed?

Back in February, actress Rakhee Thakrar revealed that there had been no talk of a return for Shabnam up until that point, but things could have changed since then.

‘It’s so sweet that people are talking about it and I’m very touched that viewers want Shabnam back.’ She added to TV Times.

‘It’s weird because it was actually someone in a restaurant who told me that Jade was back, and I was like, “What, my daughter’s back?!”

‘I was so proud of what we did on the show and to have been part of it, and the fact that people still talk about Shabnam is amazing.’Fans have been calling for Shabnam’s return ever since Dean came back to Walford last October. Could this part of the story be what finally brings her back?

EastEnders viewers are convinced Shabnam Masood is returning to Walford. In recent episodes of the BBC One soap, Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) took the horrifying decision to tamper with his daughter Jade’s medication following her lung transplant.

Jade Green (Elizabeth Green) has expressed her wishes to move to Pakistan with her mum Shabnam Masood (Rakhee Thakrar) to be closer to Zainab who was “unwell”, but expected to make a recovery. Being one of the most disliked men in Walford, Dean was unhappy with Jade’s decision as her absence would leave him completely alone and with “no one to fight his corner.”

Dean’s plan could put Jade in serious danger as the recovers from her lung transplant. Once Shabnam finds out about Dean’s deadly plan against their daughter, fans think she will return to collect Jade and away from her dad’s sickening behaviour.

Taking to X, one EastEnders viewer wrote: “The Zainab, Masood and Shabnam mentions this week have me desperate for them to come back #EastEnders.”

Speaking about a potential Shabnam return, a second stated: “God I hope so @bbceastenders. Would love to see them both, along with Shabnam and Jade, all on the Square!” A third stated: “SHABNAM MENTION requesting a return please!”

In next week’s EastEnders, Jade is about to cancel her charity auction as there’s so much to do without much time. But luckily Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) is on hand to help save the day, but struggles with a lack of donations.

In a first look image, Jade can be seen talking to Jean at her home she shares with Dean while hooked up to an oxygen machine and resting on the sofa.

Elsewhere, Pastor Clayton (Howard Saddler) and Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) address the prayer group to ask for their help with donations. The pair are thrilled to give Jean tons of great stuff.

But will the event go ahead? And how will Jade cope without her medication? Only time will tell.
